WHAT’S THE AVERAGE SHELF LIFE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry environment. All of ours nuts are good for up to 6 months. Nitrogen flushed, vacuum sealed products will last up to 18 months unopened. For all of our products, we have the Best Before date stamped on the back bottom right hand side of the package.

ARE THERE ANY ALLERGEN CONSIDERATIONS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our facility is not a certified allergen-free facility however, we exclusively processes tree nuts. As such there is no cross-contamination with other items.

DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICES?

The more you buy, the more you save! We have wholesale pricing available by the carton.

HOW ARE BULK PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Our wholesale boxes include 230 x 50 gram bags and weigh roughly 12kgs.

Since our fulfillment center processes orders quickly there is a limited time-frame to cancel orders, but we’ll do our best to process your request. Please email our Customer Experience Team at sales@treenut.ca as soon as possible so that we may stop your package before it is shipped.

CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE?

Absolutely! We send a packing slip with all the products included in the package, but don’t display prices. No need to worry that the recipient will see the cost of the package!
